Meet Sarah

Twenty years of knowing animals, by feel.

Sarah's path into pet care began the hardest way it could — after her soul dog passed from aggressive cancer. She honored him through three years on staff at Greenhill Humane Society, caring for kittens through senior and hospice cases.

That's where she became Fear Free certified, trained as an enrichment specialist, and learned to read a tail, a posture, a held breath. She's trained in oral and injected medication administration, animal first aid and CPR, and patient with reactive, anxious, senior, and special-needs animals.

At home: Tilly, an American Bully (10), and Claude, a Maine Coon (4).
